With a fantastic Monday - Friday schedule and a supportive crew (3 catering assistants), this role is perfect for someone who’s ready to lead from the front without sacrificing their evenings and weekends.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Chef Manager, ideally in contract catering or a fast-paced kitchen environment.
A genuine passion for food, service, and seasonal ingredients.
Great communication and leadership skills—you inspire others with your energy.
A strong sense of ownership and ability to manage client relationships.
Confidence with budgets, stock control, and cost management.
