£59,000 per annum • 40 hours per week / Monday to Friday

What You’ll Lead & Deliver
- Inspire, coach, and develop a talented kitchen team to consistently deliver outstanding food and service
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring expectations are not only met but exceeded
- Oversee full kitchen operations, from daily service to high‑profile events
- Manage budgets, ordering, stock control, and waste reduction with a focus on sustainability
- Champion high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
- Drive a positive team culture built on pride, creativity, and shared success
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, effective scheduling, and seamless service delivery
What You Bring
You’re a confident, hands‑on leader who knows how to bring out the best in people. You thrive on variety, take pride in exceptional food, and understand how to balance strategic oversight with operational excellence.
You will have:
- Experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or similar leadership role
- Relevant catering qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds – desirable but not essential)
- A track record of leading large, diverse teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management, organisational skills, and communication ability
- A passion for high-quality food
