Chef Manager / Salary: up to £36,000 / Monday to Friday
We’re looking for an experienced Chef Manager to lead a dedicated catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service.
As Chef Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the staff dining and hospitality operation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance
Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellence every day
Control costs and stock levels while maintaining quality and efficiency
Support hospitality and events as required
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven management experience in a professional kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A passion for great food and a positive, can-do attitude
