Your Role:
Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals tailored to residents' needs
Plan and create menus that are nutritious, varied, and cater to dietary requirements
Manage stock and suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients and cost control
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
Engage with residents to understand their preferences and enhance their dining experience
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A passionate chef with experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head Chef, Kitchen Manager)
✅ A strong understanding of nutrition and dietary needs, especially for older adults
✅ Excellent team management and organisational skills
✅ Knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene desirable)
✅ A caring and compassionate approach to food service
