Location: BN11 1TY
Salary: £28,288 per annum
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday ranging from 6:00-16:00
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and cooking of a wide variety of deli items, salads, and both hot and cold snacks, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and create seasonal or themed snack offerings, while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards
To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
• Assist in weekly and monthly stock-takes as directed • To assist in the costing of dishes and menus and work to deliver the GP in the related site
To understand and comply with CH&CO and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance these standards
Work effectively with all colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer service
