Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes across various sections
- Ensuring food is presented to the highest standards
- Assisting in menu development with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day operations
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation

- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role

- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
