- Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional standard, using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily food preparation and menu planning
- Contribute to menu development, bringing creative ideas and techniques to the table
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure efficient use of ingredients
