Cleaning Supervisor

Hourly rate: £13.50 per hour

14forty are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll use your skills to maintain high cleaning standards and support your team. What You’ll Be Doing
Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly
Supervise and support your team, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Act as a responsible key holder
Assist with weekly paperwork and other necessary tasks
Produce weekly rota's following manager guidelines
Order stock to maintain correct levels
Delegate tasks and ensure the team stays proactive
Follow all Food Handling & Hygiene standards
Comply with Health & Safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience supervising a frontline team in a similar environment
- Good communication skills and a focus on excellent customer service
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive approach
