About the role
We're currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, working 5 nights a week, Monday to Sunday.
You'll lead our housekeeping team, setting high standards, training and supporting your team, and keeping every space spotless.
What you'll do
- Making sure 5-star cleaning standards are delivered every day
- Supervising, training and supporting the team so they work safely and well
- Being the day-to-day client contact and keeping basic reports
- Managing stock, including linen and consumables
- Helping to manage labour, equipment and resources
- Promoting a safety culture and following company and client Health & Safety procedures

About you
Our ideal Cleaning Supervisor will:
- Have experience in a similar role
- Have experience supervising or leading a team
- Know Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have experience of quality checks and audits
- Be IT literate
