Job Introduction
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Co-Ordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 32 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:
Booking and coordinating daily meetings and events, including room allocations and schedules
Managing event logistics from initial enquiry through to delivery
Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
Supporting the planning and on-the-day coordination of events
Assisting with creative tasks such as brochure design and promotional materials
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
What you’ll need to succeed:
Graduate calibre or experience in operations or administrative roles
Ideally a background in hospitality or food & beverage
Confident using systems and technology (training provided)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional and confident liaising with a range of stakeholders
Diplomatic, level-headed, and solution-focused approach
