Title: the AMEX lounge Cocktail Bartender
Rate of Pay and Benefits: £11.25-£13ph plus bonus for commitment and reliability
Accountable to: Head of Premium Bars, AMEX Lounge manager
Overall Purpose of the Role:
- To assist the AMEX lounge (cocktail bar and main bar) head bartender/head of bars in the efficient running of the Bar
- Ensure all our guests receive the highest level of customer service and all food and drink is served quickly and efficiently to the correct specification making sure consistency is the key at all time.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service to exceed guest expectations at all times, winning costumer at the time and getting them back for next shows.
- Consistently deliver Legendary Experiences by putting our guests first, showing heartfelt hospitality and focussing on winning – one customer at a time
- Assist and complement head bartenders/head mixologist on stock take duties
Event Day Operation:
- Set Up all areas to the standard as set out by the O2 Head of Premium Bars and in accordance with the area SOP
- Close down all areas to the standard as set out by the O2 Head of Premium Bars and in accordance with the area SOP
- Maintain cleanliness of your allocated area at all times as detailed by the area SOP and as directed by the O2 Head of Premium Bars
- Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol is followed at all times
- Ensure that there is enough stock for the service of our guests as per the stock guidelines listed in the SOP
- Spillage/broken glass must be attended to in a timely fashion (including all breakages disposed of in the correct area)
- Responsible for your allocated till and any Variances at the end of the night
- To ensure that all health, safety and hygiene rules and procedures are followed at all times and as directed by the O2 Head mixologist
- Adhere to all Levy Restaurants guidelines and venue rules as stated in your staff handbook
- Undertake any other duty deemed reasonable by the O2 Head mixologist, in order to meet the demands on the business

- Adheres to the guidelines and messages of Thousand Detail Dining and the AEG Encore program
