We're currently recruiting a dedicated Conference Centre Operative - Zero Hours to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for handling enquiries through the central electronic enquiry desk, online 3rd party and emails
  • Responsible for handling enquiries for 10 venues across the group
  • Provide outstanding customer service through the achievement of set key performance indicators
  • Develop client, venue and internal relationships through knowledgeable and effective enquiry handling
  • Be inquisitive about forecasts, budgets and pace reporting and build knowledge to help drive overall strategy of the business
  • Record accurate information in Delphi, load all enquiries, report any shortcomings in online profiles and property bibles
  • Aligned to this is a keen interest and thirst for knowledge of competitor options through research, questioning and recording all data to help shape our overall strategy
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge - fulfil on site meetings in the venues, growing knowledge of the venues, cascading new developments to colleagues in the Central Team and build an accurate picture of the 10 venues offer

Our ideal Conference Centre Operative - Zero Hours will:

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills is confident and can make decisions
  • Confident and ability to be a team player. Assertive, calm and works well under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, think fast and to deliver solutions to customer requirements
  • Diplomatic and discreet and can manage customer feedback and confidently manage complaint handling
  • A good sense of humour, a self-starter and ability to motivate others
  • Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
  • A “can do “attitude & instils this within the wider team
  • To be an excellent ambassador for the business
  • Experience or knowledge of Delphi and Venue Directory desirable but not essential
