Compass group has a fantastic opportunity to join our team within Resource Network. We are currently recruiting for a Telephone Consultant to join our team.

Resource network is the internal casual agency for Compass group, we supply temporary staffing to over 7000 sites across the UK.  as a Customer Service Telephone Agent, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls relating to all aspects of temporary recruitment and supporting with general enquires.

More about the role:

As a department we handle all the temporary and casual work for Compass group, placing catering staff, chefs and back of house teams into bookings.

The successful candidate main responsibilities will be but not limited to;

  • Answer calls in a friendly manor
  • ensure all KPI's are met
  • Work with the team to grow our casual work force
  • Have a passion for quality service
  •  this role has no sales calls but you must be of a persuasive nature and be able to control the flow of a conversation

Who you are:

  • The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a Customer Service driven role, ideally telephone based and have the ability to communicate in a positive and professional way. 

    An excellent telephone manner and enthusiasm to provide excellent customer service is imperative for this role.

     The centre is open from 07:00 – 17.30pm Monday to Friday with a shift pattern of alternative early (7am – 3.30pm) and late (9am – 5.30pm) shifts.
