What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leadership & Strategy – Inspire and manage a team of 7 direct reports and oversee a workforce of around 240 people. Use strong people skills to foster a positive work environment and implement a strategy for profit growth.
- Financial & Contract Management – Utilise strong business acumen to enhance profit and identify opportunities. Ensure all contractual terms are met while optimising profitability and achieving financial targets.
- Operational Excellence – Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored catering and hospitality solutions.
- Growth & Development – Identify opportunities to enhance and expand service offerings.
- Continuous Improvement – Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for operational enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven leader with senior management experience.
- A results-driven professional with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in managing catering and facilities management operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to shifting business priorities.
Desirable Experience:
- Soft services, particularly catering and hospitality.
- Facilities management, including waste management.
- FM accreditation (IWFM) or working towards certification.
