Your Mission

As Contract Manager, you will:

Lead & Develop – Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery of catering and cleaning operations
Drive Excellence – Implement innovative solutions to enhance service standards and customer experience

Build Strong Relationships – Work closely with key stakeholders, fostering strong client partnerships
Deliver Results – Ensure the contract meets financial targets and operational KPIs, always striving for continuous improvement
Champion Health & Safety – Maintain the highest standards, ensuring full compliance with company and statutory requirements
Inspire & Motivate – Develop, train, and mentor your team to create a high-performing and engaged workforce

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership in managing operational teams, ideally in catering, facilities management, or contract services
Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving financial performance
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Experience in change management, driving continuous improvement and innovation
Customer-focused mindset, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence
