Job Introduction

To provide the highest level of customer service to clients and customers in a coffee service environment, whilst ensuring maximum sales are achieved through promotional activity, product knowledge and upselling at every opportunity.
Customer service is key in this role as you will be working in a hospital and serving the many customers we have during the day.
The wage for this role is £8.00 per hour

- To maximise all sales opportunities through selling techniques
- To accept payment by card and cash and give change to customers, including operating a till
- To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise individual customers on their product choice
- To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager

What we'll give:
A new and exciting role has arisen at Addenbrookes Hospital within our Costa Day Team. This is a day shift role in which the successful applicant will be working between the hours of 06:00am - 10pm, 5/7 days a week to include weekends
