The team at Southampton General Hospital currently have an opportunity for a Supervisor to join their Costa team!
We are looking for someone who takes pride in giving the highest level of expert service and works quickly and professionally. The site caters for many people, providing excellent food and great service.
Typical duties for this role include:
- Serving customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Managing staff rota's and timesheets
- Ensuring full staff coverage
- Offering coffee choices
- Basic food preparation
- Ensuring kitchen, service and restaurant areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
- Stock Management
- Audits
- Taking part in unit sales/promotions.
As this role is based at a hospital, it is a 24 hour operation. It is therefore essential that you are fully flexible in your approach to work, and are availble to work on a shift basis, and weekends where required by the business. Night shifts will also be required.

- Previous Barista experience
- Polite and friendly
