Job Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team at Costa Coffee within Dorset County Hospital.
This site is opening the 24th of June, therefore any successful applicants will need to be available to start prior to this date for training.
Site opening times –
8:00-20:00 Monday to Friday,
9:00-17:00 Saturday to Sunday
More about the role:
To supervise a motivated, trained team with the appropriate skills to deliver a profitable retail outlet and ensure all budget targets are achieved. To excel in the areas of operational excellence, financial performance and customer / client satisfaction to achieve company and client objectives within all Company policies, procedures and guidelines
Who you are:
- Experience in a supervisory role in a similar retail sales environment
- Good verbal communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of customers
- Demonstrates an ability to deliver excellent customer service consistently
- Sales driven and target orientated
- Ability to upsell and drive promotions to deliver targets
