The Deployment Manager role working as part of the Levy Workforce Management project team will focus on driving the following Operational/Site Readiness activities across all Levy venues:
Project Management: The Deployment Manager will be expected to monitor and coordinate activities of site deployment teams and ensure that tasks are allocated to resources and tracked to completion; specifically:
- Oversee the timely delivery of milestones and deliverables against the programme and site plan; allocate project resources to priorities, as required
- Manage and coordinate venue managers as they deliver local activities
- Gather and review site-specific information and data to validate the timing and effort of each site’s rollout plan; raise any site-specific requirements with Head of Deployment and adapt site deployment plans accordingly
- Identify and track issues, dependencies and risks and ensure these are addressed and escalated as appropriate
- Maintain regular communication links with all appropriate stakeholders, particularly the Central Project Team, and Venue Managers
Training: Oversee the planning and execution of activities to educate each site on the use of the new time and attendance system; specifically:
- Deliver Venue Manager training, including enabling Venue Managers to deliver team member training to use the Humanforce software
- Monitor Venue Managers’ plans and delivery of training activities
Support and Transition to Business-as-Usual Operations
- Remain point of contact for assigned venues to support post implementation
- Identify and track issues towards resolution
- Validate each site can continue to operate independently and are connected to the right support structures after the 6-week support period
Who you are:
Essential
- Understanding of large venue staffing operations
- Management and/or supervisor experience, part of an operational team that delivers results
- Project management experience, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Supported the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits
- Innovative thinking, identifying or creating appropriate and suitable solutions as issues arise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Takes ownership of tasks and processes, and escalates to programme leadership as and when required
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders across the business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout UK
Desirable
- Catering, Retail or facilities management experience
- Previous Compass sector experience
- Managed senior level third party relationships
- Working knowledge of MS Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
