What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Account Director in the day-to-day delivery of premium workplace services
- Acting as a key point of contact for operational leads and client stakeholders
- Leading exciting projects like new service launches and tech integrations
- Driving financial performance with insight, foresight, and commercial flair
- Collaborating with talented chefs, marketers, and HSE experts to deliver innovation
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating on-site teams to achieve their best
- Playing an active role in strategic planning, reviews, and client presentations
