Role Summary:
The Deputy Cleaning Contract Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Cleaning Contract Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the cleaning services of a site in London. This includes managing a team of Cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cleaning Contract Manager in the day-to-day management of cleaning services.
- Supervise and motivate a team of cleaners, providing training and support as needed.
- Ensure all areas of the site are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
- Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and payroll.
- Respond to and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a cleaning or housekeeping environment.
