About the Role
We’re recruiting a Digital Training & Delivery Manager to lead the design and delivery of high‑quality digital learning solutions across Compass One.
This role focuses on building capability through engaging, scalable training programmes delivered both face‑to‑face and virtually. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, mobilisation teams and IT colleagues to support the successful deployment and adoption of Compass Digital solutions.
This is a mobile role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across sites and supporting teams through digital change.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design, development and delivery of digital training solutions
- Deliver engaging training sessions to internal and external users
- Support the deployment and adoption of Compass Digital technologies
- Work with stakeholders to ensure training aligns to business needs and objectives
- Support mobilisation activity for new business and system implementations
- Create and maintain training materials, documentation and reports
- Provide system administration and on‑site software support as required
- Carry out site visits to support contracts with systems and training needs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience delivering customer‑focused training or support solutions
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical or system‑related issues
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capability
- Confident working independently and as part of a wider team
- Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel and stay overnight
