Executive Chef – £60,000–£65,000

Tower Hill, East London | Monday to Friday (occasional evenings)

We are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Executive Chef to lead a team of 30 chefs, including 2 Head Chefs and 2 Chef Managers, at a flagship site near Tower Hill. This is a high-profile role that combines hands-on leadership with food strategy, innovation, and client engagement.

You will shape seasonal menus, inspire senior chefs, and deliver exceptional staff dining and hospitality while driving consistency, quality, and commercial success. Most importantly, you will act as a trusted partner to leadership, helping set new standards across the region.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef experience in a large or complex operation

  • Strategic leadership and strong commercial acumen

  • Passion for innovation, food trends, and quality dining

  • Confidence in managing senior chefs and engaging with high-level clients
