Job Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to lead and inspire our culinary team across multiple locations, with a primary focus on our London operations. This pivotal role will oversee staff dining, hospitality services, and regional sites, driving exceptional food quality, service standards, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team across multiple areas, including staff dining, hospitality, and regional sites.
- Culinary Excellence: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative food offerings for a diverse range of dining experiences, from casual staff dining to bespoke fine dining events.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations for a busy London office, with a building capacity of up to 5,300 occupants (typically hosting around 3,300 on busy days).
- Hospitality Services: Oversee a variety of hospitality functions, including corporate events, canapé receptions, fine dining, and bespoke client experiences.
- Regional Site Management: Conduct regular site visits and maintain quality and standards at regional offices.
- Innovation & Sustainability: Enhance food offerings with a focus on sustainable practices and growth opportunities.
