  • Understand and deliver the contract specification

Who you are:

  • Extensive cleaning management experience
  • Experience leading teams
  • Results focused
  • Operational experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent financial acumen
  • Strong organisational skills
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
  • IT literate
  • US Security clearance will be required

What we'll give:

As Executive Housekeeper (domestic services/cleaning) at this US Hospital on an RAF base you will be responsible for organising and managing all aspects of the cleaning and waste removal services.

The standards required by Compass Group and our client must meet the contract specification. You will be based at RAF Lakenheath and responsible for the efficient and effective management of the 45 strong team providing an exceptional quality service. You will be efficient and economic with the sue of all resources, including stock, labour and company assets.
