Overview:
The role will be part of the operational Teams to ensure a smooth running of the Food & Beverage Logistics operations. You will be responsible to follow instruction to receive Levy Deliveries at the Tottenham Stadium ensuring consistent and exceptional product quality and impeccable service standards to achieve and exceed your department targets and grow our reputation for celebrated customer experiences.
Your operation will have several exceptional matchday objectives including Cellar Operation, F&B deliveries and replenishment throughout the event.
On non-match days your role will assist with F&B deliveries and collections, Stock Rotation, Stocktakes. Line Cleaning, condensing storage Locations. Also, to support F&B when required for Go-kart & conference and events.
You will be Proactive in your approach to work efficiently and effectively and gain a collaborative approach to ensure all daily deliveries are checked in and stored correctly and paperwork is exceptional.
A passion for perfection in service delivery, knowledgeable with both food and beverage but eager to share and absorb knowledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Logistics Management Team with the delivery and distribution of all stock, produce & equipment to the main stores & cellars across the venue, ensuring all stock and produce is stored efficiently.
When signing for goods the consignments must be thoroughly checked and counted before an ‘unchecked’ stamp is added.
Goods must be stacked safely and correctly, and clearly addressed before being forwarded to the
destination.
To be able to assist with any enquiry regarding incoming deliveries.
Ensure processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to, to always support the efficient rotation of all stock items.
Ensure all stock items can be obtained in a safe way and all stores & cellars are always maintained in a clean and tidy manner.
Ensure all on site stores and cellars are always safe and secure.
Ensure all aspects of produce distribution within area of remit are stored, distributed and recorded as per guidelines set.
Ensure all departmental Health & Safety legislation is always adhered to, raising any concerns as appropriate.
Provide a safe working environment, both personally and for that of colleagues, always.
Ensure all Levy Core Signatures are adhered to, all paperwork is completed and maintained, and progress is communicated throughout the department.
During all operational activities continuously check areas are operating successfully, adhering to all Company standards and in line with Company policies and procedures and deal with any queries as appropriate.
Assist in ensuring that all beer lines and systems are maintained as per Company guidelines, ensuring that all records are always kept up to date.
Support the scheduled deep clean of all stores and cellars, ensuring all records are kept up to date.
Be an ambassador for Levy at all times.
Support in the delivery of all operational activity. Ensuring presentation and service levels are maintained and developed whilst controlling costs.
Ensure all sponsorship branding and operational activity is in line with the company standards as directed.
Ensure all high value stock items are always correctly stored and secure.
Ensure all stock holdings are maintained in line with Company standards and all stock takes are completed.
Ensure all stock is rotated and controlled, in line with all Company policies and procedures.
Promote team spirit and motivate all team members to strive to exceed expectations.
Ensure uniform standards are always adhered to, including all PPE as required for specific duties.
Review and develop – to familiarise yourself with your regular performance reviews and focus on agreed measurable KPI’s and objectives and stretch targets.
Communications - ensure effective team communication flows (in all directions) throughout the venue.
Product development – to raise awareness of trends or new practices.
Person spec:
A naturally nice person, willing to learn, take direction and is hard working to deliver results.
Confidently able to manage a mixed portfolio of outlets and business functions.
Positive and passionate focus on attention to detail when planning and executing the Goods Receipting, delivering across the Stadium and maintain Storage space/concepts.
Excellent communication skills – written & Vocal.
Structured approach but also demonstrates flexibility and agility

Willing to work evenings and weekends as required with a scheduled early and late shift rotation
