Overview: 

The role will Supervise the operational Teams to ensure a smooth running of the Food & Beverage Logistics operations. You will be responsible for all the Levy Deliveries at the Tottenham Stadium ensuring consistent and exceptional product quality and impeccable service standards to achieve and exceed your department targets and grow our reputation for celebrated customer experiences. 

Your operation will have several exceptional matchday objectives including Cellar Operation, F&B deliveries and replenishment throughout the event. 
On non-match days your role will oversee F&B deliveries and collections, stock Rotation, Stocktakes. Line Cleaning, condensing storage Locations. Also, to support F&B when required for Go-kart & conference and events. 

You will be Proactive in your approach to instruct and lead your teams to work efficiently and effectively and gain a collaborative approach to ensure all daily deliveries are checked in and stored correctly and paperwork is exceptional.  

A passion for detailed planning, perfection in service delivery, knowledgeable with both food and beverage but eager to share and absorb knowledge. 

 
Planning;  

Collaboration – Frequent liaison with the Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Managers & Head Chefs to agree strategy and direction of travel, for Daily, weekly, Event Objectives and Challenges. 

Structured Approach – ensure that all activities have a clear purpose and measurable outcomes, with a disciplined and pacy approach to completion, including the review and application of lessons learned. 
You will assist Foodbuy receipting and /or providing Finance Admin clear instructions on Delivery notes to Goods Receipt. Ensure all daily functions are completed at the end of each shift and a in depth hand over is sent to their colleagues. 

 
Operations: 

Ownership of the day-to-day delivery of consistent and exceptional product qualityservice standards & Storage to always be professional from dealing with delivery drivers, suppliers, through to all colleagues within the Stadium. To lead by example for the team regarding Time Keeping, Attendance, wearing correct PPE and ensuring first class personal hygiene and grooming and presentation. 

 

Beverage To ensure Cellar set up is completed safely, efficiently and full stock picks and delivered as per instructions. 

Food Deliveries – To ensure Operational hours from 7am on Prep days to ensure receipt of time- critical deliveries. To maintain and promote the Highest Food Standards ensuring recording of data is adhered to. And the receiving of goods is exceptional.  

Environmental – to focus and make change happen regarding sustainability and environmental trends. 

Consistency Regular inputting of department’s documentation are checked and signed off according to Levy and HSE criteria. Along with being pro active to ensure a consistent approach to Staff issues. 

Brand - Operate and further develop consistently high brand standards within your team. 

Communications - Directly liaise your Team to ensure that communication and expectations are clear. Use structured, regular and consistent meetings as a key tool. To have Daily morning and end of shift meetings to establish results and next day focus. And relay information to your seniors. 

Guest Focus  Champion the guest focused culture, continually sharing and acting on client and customer feedback.  

Health & Safety – Lead the H&S culture and compliance across the venue, ensure PPE is consistently worn and used where appropriate. 

 
People: 
Sourcing and deployment  to raise any issues to ensure that effective and robust recruitment plans and processes exist to source and deploy large volumes of variable workers per differing event requirements  

Culture Work closely with the broader management team to develop and sustain a high level of team energy and engagement, focused on great food and Beverage delivery. 

Review and develop  to familiarise yourself with your regular performance reviews and focus on agreed measurable KPI’s and objectives and stretch targets. 

Communications - ensure effective team communication flows (in all directions) throughout the venue. 

 
Financial & Business Development: 

Financially accountable – Report any issues and advise your seniors regarding controlling labour costs and ensure the Logistics Team exceed their internal partner’s expectations. 

Commerciality - ensure competent levels of commercial understanding and awareness through their teams.  

Product development  to raise awareness of trends or new practices.  

 
Person spec: 

A naturally confident leader, with Supervisor experience to inspire operational teams to deliver results. 

Confidently able to manage a mixed portfolio of outlets and business functions  

Positive and passionate focus on attention to detail when planning and executing the Goods Receipting, delivering across the Stadium and manage Storage space/concepts. 

Excellent communication skills – written & Vocal.  

Encourage open two-way dialogue within the team and address frustrations and operational standards and the needs of the business on a regular basis. 

   

Structured approach but also demonstrates flexibility and agility 

Calm and resilient. Not deterred by an’ unforeseen challenge’   

Problem solving skills 

Willing to work evenings and weekends as required with a scheduled early and late shift rotation.
