Up to £32,000 per annum

Remote working with a mix of Home working, working from our Head Office in Birmingham and travel to sites as required.

A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Contract Support Manager for our 14forty business offering a great opportunity for an experienced Support Manager.

The overall purpose of the role is to provide contract support to the 14forty Facilities Management contract covering soft services across multiple UK sites. Experience with multiple IT software and accounting software and the ability to prepare and present presentations, reports and budget summaries are essential. 

You must be able to work effectively and collaboratively with a small team of colleagues, where mutual support is vital to the achievement of the contract and Compass’ objectives. Building relationships with other key central departments (TUPE, HR, Finance, Administration) as well as close working relationship with the Account Management Team are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Production of all client review packs to include KPI statistics and performance to agreed service level agreements in a format suitable for client review meetings. This includes production of quarterly summary reports giving trend analysis. Reports may be required as and when requested in various formats (excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Complete all changes within the payroll system to support the wider Management team.
  • Support with all Internal /External meetings by way of minute taking in line with Company policies.
  • Maintenance of P files for all personnel across the contract
  • Assist with IT service requests for the contract
  • Manage the reward and recognition voucher scheme in line with HMRC /Compass process.
  • Booking of travel and hotel requirements in support of the wider management team
  • Maintaining documentation relating to the contract and contract variations
  • Undertake administrative duties in support of the wider Management team, letter writing /Note taking.
  • To provide excellent customer service through attention to delivering service right 1st time
  • Diligent report monitoring
  • Build effective working relationships with account team, central and finance teams.
  • Answer and deal with queries and telephone calls from customers, colleagues, and team members
  • Collate relevant info for highlight in client review meetings.
About You:
  • Previous facilities management experience
  • Previous experience in labour scheduling 
  • Previous expose to management reporting
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Strong IT skills - in particular Excel & Powerpoint
  • Interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible to travel nationally as required
