Job Introduction
Factory Manager
- Reports into the GM
- Managing a team of c. 40 staff
- Fresh chilled meals for hospitals / food service
- Part of the Compass group
- Small to medium operation
- Well invested site
- BRC AA standard
- Role includes the management of Incoming goods and stock management, high care meal assembly, low care pick and pack and final despatch
- X2 Area Managers report into the role
- Full autonomy for the sites operation

- Solid man management ability and experience
- Strong/competent in H&S, KPI’s, CI, labour and material management
- Good communicator and organiser
- Self-starter, able to set own targets and take ownership and responsibility
- Ideally fresh chilled experience
