Job Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated process driven, hardworking Food Production Manager for one of our central production units in Grimsby. You will ideally have production management experience within a food environment and be looking to make your mark in an award winning sector of Compass Group.

More about the role:
- Manage all H&S onsite
- Training and development of staff
- Make sure we meet all companies policies and procedures
- Full P&L responsibilities
- Manage hygiene and ensure hygiene levels are maintained
- Manage and maintain a strong relationship with the clients
Who you are:
- Experience within a large kitchen/food production environment
- Highly organised
- Excellent communicator with good management skills
- Working knowledge of Haccp and food safety
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in stock ordering, control and procurement management
- Proven track record of achieving GP margins and budget targets
- Experience of HR procedures including disciplinary processes, recruitment and selection, training and appraisals
- Excellent Word and Excel skills
