We are recruiting a confident and organized Food Services Manager to lead a dedicated, high-quality workplace hospitality operation. This is a hands-on role within a professional environment, ideal for a manager who enjoys autonomy, close client interaction and maintaining high standards across a streamlined site.
As a Food Services Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day-to-day performance of the operation. You will lead a close-knit front- and back-of-house team, working closely with your culinary lead to deliver a consistent, welcoming service and an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operation of the site and service standards
- Leading, supporting and engaging an on-site team
- Delivering hospitality, events and customer-facing activities
- Supporting service periods and operational setup when required
- Managing menu communication and allergen compliance
You will also take ownership of the commercial and administrative aspects of the role. A strong focus on organization, planning and attention to detail will be essential to success.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing costs, labour and budgets in line with business expectations
- Maintaining accurate financial and system records
- Coordinating hospitality requests and service delivery
- Preparing regular client updates and reviews
- Building positive, professional relationships with key stakeholders
We are looking for an experienced hospitality manager with a background in the workplace or contract catering, who is comfortable working autonomously in a focused-site environment. You will be highly organized, commercially aware and confident leading by example.
