Food Spot Attendant

Job Introduction

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Food Spot Attendant to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, daytime.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, can-do attitude at all times.

  • Support the Client Food Program through high-quality food presentation, customer engagement, and adherence to brand standards.

  • Ensure all areas (counters, displays, fridges, vending) are clean, compliant, and well-stocked.

  • Maintain accurate records (e.g., cleaning and temperature checks) and report any issues promptly.

  • Champion health & safety procedures, using equipment correctly and reporting any concerns.

  • Collaborate with your team to create a positive, respectful, and fun working environment.

  • Show initiative, seek feedback, and support team learning and continuous improvement.

Our ideal Food Spot Attendant will:

  • Ability to create effective relationships and collaborate internally at all team levels 
  • Demonstrates Compass values and principles 
  • Understands and has knowledge of the Client Food Program 
  • Ability to learn and effectively implement directives
  • Good people skills 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team 
  • Passion about food and customer service
  • Strong communicator that can confidently speak at team and middle management levels within the business 
  • Manages time effectively and prioritizes standards of operations
