Job Introduction
- To be the face of the customer at the main entrance points, to meet and greet all in a professional and courteous manner.
- Car Park Operation and Management
- Operate Industry Standard integrated security systems (CCTV, Access Control and Alarms)
- Take responsibility for problems that staff and visitors may have.
- Respond to requests for assistance as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Carry out initial investigations and report both verbally and in writing on incidents, suspicious activities, objects and vehicles.
- Report instances of property at risk of being lost, stolen, damaged or vandalised.
- Fault reporting
- Ensure all equipment provided by 14Forty is managed in accordance with procedures laid down in the SOPs.
- Complete all on site documentation as necessary.
- Develop relationships with internal and external customers to understand and address their needs
- Comply with site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs
- To ensure all services conducted are compliant to all Company, contractual, legislative, statutory, and local requirements
About You:
- SIA Licence – Front Line Door Supervisor or able to qualify for one

- Excellent Customer Service skills
- A good working knowledge of the security industry
