Front of House Manager

Wherever we are, we do more than serve. We bring places to life through food, service and creativity and we’re looking for a Front Of House Manager to join us to help mobilise a brand new contract with prestigious Ridgeview Wine Estate.

Location: East Sussex, BN6 8TP

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7, 9am to 5pm, flexibility required, free onsite parking  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
  • Managing a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
  • Being a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
  • Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
  • Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
  • Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
