General Catering Manager
Are you an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a proactive and innovative leader.
As the Catering Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for catering services across the contract. You will lead a large, dedicated team, ensuring high standards of service delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client service.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day catering and cleaning services, ensuring operational excellence.
Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
Lead, motivate, and manage a large team across multiple service lines.
Drive service innovation and proactively identify and develop organic growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance targets are met.
Deliver consistently high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a catering manager managing high volume catering operation.
Strong background in building and maintaining successful client relationships.
A proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on service improvement and growth.
Excellent leadership and team management skills – able to inspire, develop, and lead large teams.
Financial and commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and driving efficiencies.
Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
