General Catering & Store's Assistant

Job Introduction

If so, then we are looking for someone just like you to help us deliver exceptional customer experience on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. We are looking for a hard working, motivated individual to help us with deliveries and Catering tasks. The Role will include accepting and managing deliveries daily and delivering orders to the relevant departments within the food court. Once the deliveries are completed, you will be required to help the Restaurant during the busy lunch time rush. Completing tasks such as working on the Till / Serving customers their food and cleaning tasks.

Working Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accepting & Managing Deliveries
- Pick and deliver food Orders for departments who require stock
- Placing Orders and maintaining stock levels
- Creating attractive food and counter displays
- Handling cash and operating the cash register
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal General Catering & Stores Assistant will:
- Have an enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Have experience in a Stores or Warehouse environment and is confident in completing computer based tasks.
- Must be able to work with large volume of delivery's
- Be an excellent team player
- Display passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Arrive equipped with a desire to succeed in your role
- Thrive working under pressure
- Demonstrate outstanding timekeeping and reliability
- Have a safety-first mind set
- Have experience within a similar catering-related role, but this isn't essential.
