We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract, leading an exciting new high-end opening.
Location: London
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (3-6 month fixed term contract)
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key part in the successful launch of an exciting new high-end hospitality opening.
- Deliver an exceptional level of service, creating a memorable experience for every guest.
- Help set and maintain high standards across service, food, presentation and the overall guest experience.
- Support the day-to-day running of a busy, premium hospitality operation.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth and consistent service from day one.
- Build strong relationships with guests and provide a warm, professional and personalised approach.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, health & safety and food safety.
- Bring energy, attention to detail and a hands-on approach to a fast-paced environment.
- Support the team through the opening period, helping establish strong ways of working and service standards.
- Be part of building the reputation of an exciting new destination and delivering a consistently high-end experience.
