Job Introduction
- Managing Lunch and snacking programme - Lunch is CPU based.
- People and customer centric attitude and focus.
- Manage underperformance and coach\Train the team to deliver on clients expectations
- Needs to be a foodie and able to translate customer feedback into tangible feedback to CPU and wider stakeholders
- Will manage front and back of house total team up to 20 people
- Ability to manage budgets and labour finance, always looking for more efficient and practical solutions
- Present new Snacking options to the client and therefore needs to keep abreast of trends
