Location: North Acton, London, NW10 6NY
Salary: £41350 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of a staff restaurant serving around 150 covers daily
- Ensure the food offer and restaurant are fully set up and ready for service each day
- Lead, motivate and support the catering team
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service
- Manage staffing, stock, food costs and budgets
- Build a strong relationship with the client
- Ensure food safety, health and safety, and company standards are maintained
- Continuously look for ways to improve the food offer and customer experience
Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven General Manager or senior catering management experience
- Strong contract catering experience
- Experience managing a busy staff restaurant or retail catering operation
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Experience leading and developing a catering team
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food safety and compliance
- A genuine passion for food and customer service
