SnowDome complex provides the ultimate snow, ice and leisure experience for all the family.

With indoor slopes covered in real snow all year round, an Ice Arena, an open plan gym featuring the latest hi tech equipment, swimming pool, a luxurious spa and a multi-functional Fitbox arena.


Within the venue there are a selection of bars and restaurants including a coffee lounge and The Aspen Food Company restaurant, serving freshly prepared delicious meals with a menu ranging from light snacks, mouth-watering pastas & pizzas, to chefs specials and scrumptious desserts!

Levy UK are now looking to recruit a General Manager to work at the SnowDome complex. As the General Manager you will be managing the Hospitality and Retail Outlets.  You will be playing a major role in developing and leading your team to provide exceptional Customer Service, Food and Refreshments for the visitors. 

More about the role:

  • Deliver all contractual terms relevant to the catering provision within the venue.
  • To ensure a monthly and quarterly meeting are held and documented with the key client contact.
  • To ensure the venue team are adhering to brand standards.
  • Fully accountable for budgets and P&L. Providing the client with regular financial updates and to be able to articulate and understand the context and impact of the results.
  • To ensure there is an action plan in place for continual improvements
  • Review and respond to customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Understanding the demographic of the contracts/venues customers in both hospitality and public catering whilst recognising the differences between the two.
  • Ensure all products are correctly priced and tariffs reviewed regularly with back up documentation.
  • Identify additional opportunities for growth and improvement and engage the team to help implement a strategy.
  • All events and public catering initiatives are profitable or have a direct benefit to the business or the client relationship.
  • Monthly health & safety meeting is held and minutes distributed to key stakeholders including the regional operations manager.
  • A monthly allergen audit is conducted and sent on to the regional operations manager.
  • communicate effectively with your team and the senior team.
  • To ensure the team are supported, trained, coached and developed.
  • Labour turnover is monitored and team is fully recruited.  Having succession plans in place for your team.

Who you are:

  • Passionate about delivering great service and a great relationship builder
  • Catering management experience ideally gained in a similar environment (contract catering) with both public catering and hospitality
  • Leading and managing a team and helping them grow and develop.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be I.T literate
  • Results orientated and financially astute
  • Complete understanding of exceeding customer expectation.

£33000-£36000 depending on experience

Working 5 out of 7 days
