More about the role:
We have a elite opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join us on a brand new project with one of our biggest most prestigous clients. The main purpose of the General Manager role is to oversee and manage the unique private members club style operation in Mayfair. The building, which opens in Q3 2015, has a restaurant, bar, presentation suite and numerous private dining and meeting rooms over several floors and is aimed at corporate clients. This is a considerable role in scope and a great opportunity for a candidate who has extensive experience in a number of 5 star hospitality establishments.
Who you are:
You’ll need experience of managing both teams and budgets to deliver results, gained in an operational role in within 5 star hotel or attraction. During this time, you’ll have not only become a talented manager of people, but will have had a big impact on sales growth and business retention too - helped by your commercial nous and drive for results.
You will need to be a extremely professional and experienced General Manager, with a history of managing client relationships, strong focus on attention to detail and a track record in delivering financially in a high end commercial business.
You must have a passion for high end service and food. Experience delievering at the very top end and have agreat eye for detail.
