With a team of 38 colleagues and generating approximately £3M in annual revenue, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, people-focused leader ready to take on a high-impact role within a prestigious workplace environment.

Team Structure

You’ll lead a well-established and collaborative team, including:

  • Finance Manager

  • Deputy General Manager

  • Restaurant Manager (restaurant, café, coffee bar) with 8 FOH team members

  • Hospitality Manager (internal & external client hospitality, incl. bar – Wed/Thurs) with 8 FOH team members

  • Head Chef leading:

    • 10 staff dining team members

    • 6 hospitality chefs


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations

  • Deliver consistently high-quality service across staff dining, retail, hospitality, and events

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Lead, manage, and develop a large multi-disciplinary team

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and health & safety standards

  • Drive revenue and commercial performance in line with budgeted targets

  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within catering, hospitality, or retail

  • Strong commercial acumen and budget management expertise

  • Excellent leadership and people development skills

  • Passion for food and exceptional service delivery

  • Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on innovation and quality
