Levy UK are looking for a fantastic General Manager to join the team at world famous Wimbledon!
Overall Purpose of General Manager:
To provide a first class, five star experience to the Members, and their guests, of the All England Lawn Tennis Club. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of 12 full-time members of the team complemented by several casual members of staff.
This is one of the world’s iconic sporting locations serving as a private Members Club during 50 weeks of the year and then, for two weeks, hosting The Championships – the world’s premier grass court tennis tournament.
The dining offer within the Clubhouse comprises of a brasserie serving an all-day offer seven days a week with supper served in the formal dining room Monday to Friday evenings; there is also available in the Clubroom a selection of morning pastries, snack lunches and afternoon tea served.
Manage the catering operation at the covered courts on Somerset road. Ensure the catering provision in the new state of the art indoor facility is to a five-star level for the Members.
