- Manage the cleaning, security, pest control, washroom services, towel provision and waste management within the guidelines of the client and 14forty FM Support Services.
- The General Services Manager to manage and train the above teams to deliver customer satisfaction and profitability, within all company policies, procedures and contract service level agreements.
- To champion best practice across all departments within the site and act as the driver for change in pursuit of continuous improvement
- To safely manage all daily activities and to work effectively and adhere to all company local procedures and instructions.
- Experience managing a cleaning service in a corporate, office building, with high attention to detail and very exacting standard of cleaning.
- Ability to provide recommendations and share expertise with client on a ad-hoc cleaning queries.
- Experience in managing a 24/7 security service, with emphasis on concierge services.
- The ability to understand and have experience balancing 5* customer service with the the safety and security of the site.
- Experience of managing a large team of 30+
- Experience preparing and resenting high quality presentations directly to the client property team
- Financial experience managing services over £1 million to site.
