Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience, plus benefits

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team, to support our flagship sportswear brand SUDU, along with our partner businesses, many of whom are huge brands in the sports and entertainment industry.
In this role, you’ll act as one of the creative brand guardians for all brands under and including Levy Merchandising supported by the Head of Brand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter with some prior graphic design experience to play an integral role in driving the overarching business objectives for our brand. We’re a new and growing business and this role will give the right candidate the opportunity to develop and progress their career. You’ll have the support and guidance of our Head of Brand, but you’ll also have the autonomy to be creative, experiment and pitch fun and exciting concepts.
You'll be responsible for producing visually compelling work that reinforces our brand and sub brands ethos and enhances the customer experience. From designing email campaigns and promotional toolkits to creating in-store signage and advertising materials, your work will play a key role in supporting both our digital and physical presence.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll be the creative resource for all brands under Levy Merchandising supported by the wider marketing team.
- Manage multiple graphics briefs at one time
- Create impactful designs that communicate brand values and enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts
- Produce web-optimised graphics to support digital engagement and social media strategies
- Maintain consistency in brand and visual identity across all projects, platforms and touch points
- Develop visuals for email campaigns, website content, and marketing materials
- Adhere to and in some cases inform brand guidelines, ensuring high-quality standards in all outputs
- Introduce fresh and engaging visual concepts to drive brand visibility
- Create compelling sales materials, presentations, training documents, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc image retouching and asset updates as needed
- Collaborate on key seasonal launches, as well as creating a full season toolkit of creative resources
This role would suit people who have/are:
- Experience working in a similar graphic design role either within a creative team or as a freelancer, ideally in a fast-paced industry
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, best practices, and an ability to create innovative and conversion-driven designs
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory
- Experience in image retouching and editing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Motivated to develop creative ideas independently
- The ability to confidently communicate your ideas both verbally and visually
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly creative, innovative, and detail oriented
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. You will have the support of your line manager and wider marketing team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills & experience from real industry projects to education projects.
- Familiarity with website design, Shopify, and Klaviyo and experience with video editing is desirable but not essential
