Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation within the Formula One industry as a Head Barista, overseeing a premium bistro coffee offering within a modern operations environment. You will be part of a skilled and professional catering team, working in a brand-new, state-of-the-art bistro and terrace, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and quality.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced coffee service environment
- Leading the day-to-day barista operation and maintaining high standards
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to brand standards
- Engaging with customers, handling requests, and exceeding expectations
- Driving sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Operating the till, handling payments, and maintaining accuracy
- Monitoring and displaying promotional materials effectively
- Gathering customer feedback and supporting continuous service improvement
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Barista, ideally in a leadership or senior role
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation and products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in upselling and maximising sales opportunities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
- Flexibility and a commitment to maintaining high standards
