Head Chef of Retail and Hospitality – £48K – Weekdays Only
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

The Role:

  • Lead kitchen operations in a high-volume retail and hospitality food environment
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
  • Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards
  • Work with suppliers to manage stock and control costs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Head Chef with a background in retail, hospitality, or contract catering
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for fresh, high-quality food and innovative menus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Food safety and hygiene certification (Level 3 preferred)
