Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

The Role:
- Lead kitchen operations in a high-volume retail and hospitality food environment
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
- Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards
- Work with suppliers to manage stock and control costs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Head Chef with a background in retail, hospitality, or contract catering
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passion for fresh, high-quality food and innovative menus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Food safety and hygiene certification (Level 3 preferred)
