We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead a kitchen team in a busy workplace catering environment. What You'll Do:
Take responsibility for day-to-day kitchen operations.
Plan, prepare, and deliver seasonal menus for staff meals and hospitality functions.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Monitor and manage food costs and stock levels within budget.
Work closely with service teams to provide a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Keep menus up to date by incorporating feedback and current food trends.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent cooking skills with a focus on quality and consistency.
Good understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen management.
Ability to manage budgets and control food costs effectively.
A hands-on approach with a positive and professional attitude.
