- Build and manage the onsite pastry team, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and presentation.

- Manage stock levels, costs, and budgets to align with business goals.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop junior staff to support their professional growth.
