Are you calm under pressure, confident on the phone, and great with people? We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Helpdesk/Switchboard Operator to join our fast-paced communications team. You’ll be the crucial first point of contact for internal and external callers and play a key role
What You’ll Do
Operate a computer-based Switchboard system
Handle All calls and requests
Monitor and respond to alarms, including fire, trauma, and security alerts
Maintain clear and accurate records
Support with clerical / admin duties
Work independently responding confidently to emergencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
Good computer literacy and organisation skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Previous office or switchboard experience

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.
As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Responsible for ensuring the exterior of the site is in a clean, tidy and reasonable state of repair, inclusive of general external maintenance tasks.
- Assisting the facilities team with the control of contractor's process, inclusive of ensuring contractors are signed in correctly, and signed out, and that everyone is adhering to site policies and rules
- Responsible for opening and/or closing the building where required
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
